Netherside Consulting loves to get under the skin of a business. This makes us different. Unlike other valuation experts and corporate advisers, we are truly driven by a passion to understand the people, the problems and  the prospects of a business. We provide advice and support through litigation, corporate transactions, Due Diligence, growth plans and strategic decisions.

James Riddiough

Managing Director


James is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and has some 25 years’ experience in accounting and valuation, at Ernst & Young, Deutsche Bank AG, PwC, Smith & Williamson and Simmons Gainsford LLP. He founded Netherside Consulting group in 2017. He has acted as expert witness in both the High Court and the Family Court.

Manager, Valuation and Strategy


Michael brings a wealth of international experience to the Netherside team, including studies in International Business from both Germany and Australia and working for Rolls Royce in the finance team. He is wellversed in negotiations with public institutions and working interculturally.

Associate


Joshua is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and brings varied experience in business development, marketing, and strategy. Prior to Netherside, he was trusted with helming the European Sales & Marketing for a portfolio of award-winning luxury hotels across multiple continents.
